The majority of all items advertised on our site are in stock in our London warehouse. Stock items are usually delivered within two working weeks; if an item is required on a strict timescale please email us to check availability and we will be happy to quote you a lead time prior to placing your order. If any item is out of stock or is a bespoke order, it can take up to 16 working weeks manufacture, import and deliver.

Unlike most of our competitors, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT and UK delivery. We use TNT couriers for our deliveries. Please note that TNT deliver on the 'next working day'. This means that if an item is dispatched from our warehouse on Monday, it will be delivered during working hours on Tuesday. When goods are dispatched, we provide TNT tracking information so that the progress of the shipment can be followed online. We always contact customers prior to dispatching goods to ensure that it is convenient and that there will be someone present to receive the goods.

European deliveries are made by TNT International. We ship internationally four days a week. Transit times vary across Europe, we will advise you of the estimated timescales when we ship your order. If you reside within Europe but outside of the 'EU', please note that local VAT / TAX payable on importation is strictly payable by the customer.
